CERF+ has seen a disturbing increase in applications for emergency financial assistance from jewelry artists who have been victims of theft. If you are a jeweler, we want to hear from you . Our survey, which takes about 10 minutes to complete, asks questions such as: How do you approach safeguarding your jewelry? What measures do you take at home, in your studio or when you’re on the road? We will used the results of the survey to inform our ongoing work creating career protection resources for artists. We’ll also use the information for a panel discussion we’re hosting about jewelry theft at this year’s Society of North American Goldsmiths conference in May in Portland, Oregon.
