Nichole joined CERF+ as the Director of Development & Outreach in June 2023. Prior to joining CERF+, she served for 10 years as the Executive Director of the Blue Ridge Mountains Arts Association (BRMAA) in Blue Ridge, Georgia. Her tenure at BRMAA highlighted her experience in advocating for arts accessibility, economic development through a creative economy, grant and development management, and the cultivation of community and artistic engagement and partnerships. Prior to BRMAA, she served as Assessment Manager for Dalton State College School of Education, and while living in Los Angeles, California, served as Production Manager and Coordinator for several television and film production companies such as E! Networks, NBC/Universal, and Paramount Pictures.
