“After several years of selling my work at craft shows, I found out that one of my best shows at New York University was cancelled. I was distraught and started pacing and carrying on a bit until my husband Jeff looked at me and said, “Right now there are probably craftspeople all over the country pacing and carrying on just like you. Why don’t we do a show ourselves?”
