CERF+ Responds to 2023 Hurricanes

Hurricane Idalia hit Florida’s Gulf Coast as a Category 3 hurricane on August 30, 2023, causing flooding, power outages, and widespread damage in parts of Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas. The storm also spawned tornadoes in the Carolinas.
